A chef and restauranteur, John Berryhill was voted among the 'Best Chefs of America.' He cooked his first strip of Berryhill Bacon in 1995 and it quickly became a fan favorite in his restaurants. Now, he's serving his Berryhill Bacon to happy customers nationwide.

Each Bacon Bag includes about 10 strips of bacon, over 1 pound of raw bacon before cooking, and about 7.5 oz of finished cooked bacon.

Do I need to refrigerate it?

Berryhill Bacon is shelf stable for 60 days and does not require refrigeration. Freezing extends shelf life. Avoid storing above room temperature.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2–6 days after shipping. We currently ship batches on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from Boise, Idaho.

What are the nutrition facts?

Each serving of Berryhill Bacon (2 strips) contains 190 calories, 15g of fat, 2g of sugar, and 12g of protein. Each bag contains about 5 servings. Berryhill Bacon is gluten-free, dairy-free, keto-friendly and high-protein.
